Ken Griffey Jr. Winning Run

sgm0181 - Developed by Rareware and Published by Nintendo of America Inc., "Ken Griffey Jr. Winning Run" was released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in June of 1996. Ken Griffey Jr.'s Winning Run features 28 Major League Baseball teams and an adjustable season (choose from 26, 52 or 162 games) that can be saved to battery. Stadiums have been rendered in 3D and are modeled after each city's actual ballpark. Pitching and hitting mechanics involve steering the ball and timing the swing, respectively, and the three other game modes include: Exhibition, All-Star Game and World Series. Options include trades, adjustable innings, outfield shifts, lineup changes and bringing in pinch hitters or relievers. Player names are fictional due to the lack of an MLBPA license, but statistics reflect real-life players from the 1995 season. Ken Griffey Jr's Winning Run is a fine addition to any collection. Pre-owned, includes game only, no box, manual or inserts included.
