#gm0010 - Developed by Capcom Co., Ltd., and published by Nintendo of America Inc., Mega Man VI was released in March of 1994. This is the sixth and final volume in the Rockman series (Rockman 6: The Biggest Battle in History). And it is probably the most difficult, which may just explain why it's not rated higher by a lot of gamers. Megaman six has more secrets and is more adventurous in it's gameplay than the first five Mega Man games. Something else you may enjoy is that unlike the previous games in the series, this offering has multiple routes in several stages. The scenario of Rockman 6 is that at the 1st Annual Robot Design Contest, the mysterious billionaire Mr. X, takes 8 of the Robot Masters for his own evil purposes. It's up to Mega Man to stop Mr. X, but first he must defeat his 8 Robot Masters! There are some cool things in Megaman 6 that weren't in the other games, such as the JET and POW adaptors. And while the basic gameplay of Mega Man six is essentially the same as the other games in the Mega Man series, the new graphics and scenes keep it fresh and entertaining. The animation is as great as it's always been in this series. If you liked the others, my guess is that you'll enjoy Mega Man Six also. This title is a rare classic and a collector's item.
