#gm0103 - Developed by Rare Ltd., and published by GameTek, Jeopardy was released in September of 1988. Adopted from the popular TV program of the same name, Jeopardy is a simple port of the game for NES. It plays just like the game show, including the three rounds. Jeopardy, Double Jeopardy, and Final Jeopardy! The first two rounds has six categories, and each of the categories has five answers pertaining to them. You have to give the question that corresponds with the answer. In the Final Jeopardy round you will bet against two opponents (human or computer generated) for the final answer to win the game. You simply buzz in to question an answer and fill in the blank space. One of the best features of the game is that up to 3 people can play at a time, although the 3 player option can be awkward. The game features a nice variety of diverse questions, and they are not ridiculously simple or unbelievably difficult. The game doesn't save high scores, but that's a small price to pay for a pretty good puzzle game.
