Yoshi's Cookie

#gm0095 - Developed by Bullet-Proof Software and published by Nintendo, Yoshi's Cookie is a fast-paced puzzle game that is just plain fun. Mario is proprietor of a cookie factory and his friend Yoshi tries to eat them all. This is a game that can be enjoyed by the whole family as it is easy to play, but challenging to complete. Your job is to help Mario prepare the cookies before the time is over. The object of the game is to move the random cookies into rows and columns with like patterns. You can move freely around the board and shift rows and columns up, down, left, and right. When you successfully assemble an entire row or column of cookies to match up, then the cookie line disappears. The "Yoshi" cookie is very special in both the 1-player and the 2-player game. It becomes exceedingly important in the later levels, so use it well because the game can be quite deceptive. There is also a great two-player mode in this game which is unusually good. There are 10 stages, plus some extra stages. All in all not a bad puzzle game for the NES platform and very addictive.
