Animal Crossing Includes Original Memory Card

gcg0052 - Developed and published by Nintendo of America Inc. (and EAD), Animal Crossing was released on September 16, 2002. This is the rare black-label version (not player's choice) and includes inserts, manual, and animal crossing memory card! - Animal Crossing is a rare humorous kid-friendly role-playing sims-styled game that is a lot of fun for the whole family. Nintendo calls it the "communication game," and it is actually the Japanese N64 game "Animal Forest" that has been updated and ungraded for the gamecube platform. The scenario is that you choose a name for yourself, name a town, and then arrive there. But since you have no place to live and no money to start off, the owner of the general store loans you a house. And you work at his store performing various jobs. Your adventure begins. Where the game goes from there is really up to you, because Animal Crossing has no set goal. You can do whatever you choose, whenever you choose to do it. That's because it works in conjunction with gamecube's clock system, synchronized with your own. The game will run synchronized according to your clock. In other words, if it's 12:00 noon, then the game will be played in that time frame. If you play at 12:00 Midnight, the game will play at nighttime in the dark. If you stop playing on January 1st and don't play again until February 1st, the game will start February 1st. Likewise, when the clock reads December 25th, it will be Christmas in town, halloween on that day, etc., etc. Complete synchronization of the actual day night cycle. Another unique feature of Animal Crossing is that it allows you to give away items to your friends who also have the game. For example, if you want to give an item to a friend, you simply go to the games store, choose the item, enter your friend's name and town (exactly), and you receive a code. Simply give this code to your friend, who will type it into the game and receive the item. Among the other features of the game is it's fine collecting system, the message system and it's letter writing system. Animal Crossing is a game with a large number of fun enjoyable activities and a really good sense of humor. The high point is the interaction between you and the various inhabitants, and it is also compatible with E-reader, the electronic card swiper, and the gameboy Advance, wherein you can go to an entirely new "island." All in all it's a family game, or for those looking for a change. Pre-owned. Includes case, disk and instruction manual - Plays on Gamecube or Wii - Rarity Rating F
