ExtraInnings

$8.99

sgm0160 - Developed by Sting and published by Sony Imagesoft, "ExtraInnings" was released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in March of 1992. Extra Innings is a simple baseball game in which it is far too easy to beat the computer and hit home runs. Being able to edit the teams' players and statistics is a plus, and there are three stadiums to choose from, but the NES-like graphics (think RBI Baseball embellished with animations), scratchy voice effects, slow players, and silly team names (such as Stocks and Bees) detract from the overall experience. This is not a terrible game, and it some ways it feels complete (there are bunts, errors, lead offs, substitutions, and the like), but, since it is so easy to beat, there's not much chance too many games (against the computer) will go into extra innings. This game is known as Hakunetsu Pro Yakyuu Ganba League in Japan. Pre-owned, includes game only, no box, manual or inserts included.
