You can choose from 5 different characters that you can pick to compete in a variety of game modes. The modes are the "Match Race" mode where you go head-to-head against a computer snowboarder. The "Time Attack" mode where you attempt to beat a previous best time. The "Trick Attack" mode where you attempt to get the best scores for performing tricks (40 different tricks you can learn) while snowboarding. The "Contest" mode where you race down a slalom for the best time. The "Verses" mode where you can race against a friend. And the "Practice" mode where you can try out your moves on a jump slope or in a half pipe. 1080 degrees features a wide assortment of 8 different board styles from which to choose, 6 diverse downhill courses and 1 half-pipe to perform on. be wary of the varying weather and snow conditions and the multiple paths that wind through each downhill slope. So go out and hit the slopes for some serious shredding that is both fun and entertaining. All of the challenge and fun and none of the falls, frostbite and broken bones. Gotta love it!
