Acclaim takes over where where the original series developer (Iguana) left off with the previous versions, and made it better. NFL Quarterback Club 2000 is a 3rd-Person Perspective football game that includes all 31 NFL teams, and of course the rosters are updated rosters along with team logos. You have full team management that includes trading players, drafting players, signing players, and releasing players. The great thing about this game is that football Players attributes actually adjust during the season according to how well the player is doing. This brings more realism and options to the action, and harmonizes well with having more moves and diverse strategies. There are five basic modes of play that include exhibition, tournament, season, playoffs, and pro bowl. You can create your own team and players and manage the salary cap. The game allows you to choose between six diverse weather and playing conditions, along with selecting difficulty level and whether you play day or night games. This new version is better designed and features far more player detail and animations during plays. The graphics greatly improved with 16 camera angles, and the sound is super. The gameplay is basically the same as the previous versions. ESPN's Mike Patrick calls the play-by-play action, along with CBS' Randy Cross, who handles the color commentary. Check out the hidden stadiums, teams and other surprises. NFL Quarterback Club 2000 is also multiplayer so you can play with up to 4 people in Tournament, Season, Playoffs, Pro Bowl and Exhibition games.
