Some of the parks include Rio, Los Angeles, Canada, Tokyo, Paris, Skater's Island in Middleton and Rhode Island. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 surpasses all its predecessors by extending beyond the boundaries of simple skateboarding platforms by placing us in living environments. The levels are now more interactive, as skaters can roll through urban areas complete with the locals, traffic and weather conditions that change as you go. The graphics are again much improved over the last game and is once again one of the great highlight. It delivers fluid animations, is realistic and seamless, and has cutting edge visuals that will make your eyes pop. Very smooth movements, skaters and beautifully designed backgrounds. The sound is excellent, again featuring phenomenal soundtracks from various artists. The gameplay is Tony Hawk series signature excellent solid control. You can once again create your own skater, but now you can customize him down to adding Tattoos and glasses. So hop on your skate board, jump so cars to increase your score, and perform as many wild moves as you can to be the best. This game is super fantastic all around, and will never disappoint any Tony Hawk or skateboarding fan. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 is known in some gaming circles as "THPS3."
