#n64gm092 - Developed by Interactive Studios and Published by Hasbro Interactive, Inc., "Glover" was released for the Nintendo 64 Entertainment System (N64) on November 4, 1998. This is a wacky, weird, inventive and very challenging 3rd-Person perspective 3-D puzzle action game. The game scenario is that a wizard mixing up a batch of magic potions, ends up unknowingly creating an explosion where an evil magic glove and a good magic glove results. You must control the good glove (named Glover) by rolling on objects (Balls, Crystals, Bearings, Etc) and find the 7 crystals that the explosion caused to fly off the castle of life in every direction. Your quest is to find the magic Crystals, put them back into the castle so that it will restore the life back to the land. As I'm sure you expected, the bad glove will be out to stop you at all costs, for the evil within covets not only the Wizards power, but the castle itself. There are also a lot of screwy enemies and Boses that you must defeat in order to find the Crystals and bring them back to the castle to restore things to normal. well, normal at least for this game. The graphics and sound are average, but the gameplay and inventiveness more than make up for it. This is a really good mind boggling action adventure game that you should pick up for your N64. But not if you are put off by a difficult challenge. Ie, the game is not easy!
