GCG0099 - Developed and published by Electronic Arts, Inc., "Catwoman" was released on July 20, 2004. This game is by EA, and is based on the Halle Berry movie "Cat Woman." We are not only dazzled by her likeness, (quite striking), but Halle even lends her actual voice to the game. It follows the film's plot pretty faithfully, modeling it's characters, locations and scenes after those seen in the movie. The gameplay is divided between combat with enemies, and solving climbing and jumping puzzles reminiscent to that found in the game, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. Catwoman has a variety of abilities at her disposal to use in battling her nemesis and to overcome the diverse obstacles in her way. Catwoman is actually a surprisingly good game. The only low point is the stubborn camera work, and the stubborn controls. The graphics and the cut scenes are very good with some pretty sharp visuals. And the sound is also very nice. There are some nice acrobatic moves and cool platform jumping that helps make this game enjoyable. Overall Catwoman isn't one of the best games made for the gamecube, but it is still good and deserves recognition. Rated T. Pre-owned. Includes case, disk and instruction manual - Plays on Gamecube or Wii - Rarity Rating C
