Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex

$10.99

GCG0206 - Developed by Traveller's Tales Ltd. and published by Universal Interactive Inc., "Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex" was released for the gamecube on September 17, 2002. This is the first Crash Bandicoot game made for a system other than the original PlayStation platform, and brings back the old game play of Crash Bandicoot 3 warped. The levels are large and a lot of fun to explore. The scenario of the game is that the evil Doctor Neo Cortex wants revenge after he is defeated by Crash Bandicoot. So he has created Crunch, who is a super soldier bandicoot that can destroy anything. So your mission in the game, as Crash bandicoot, is to find and defeat Crunch, and in the end, Dr. Neo Cortex. The gameplay is simplistic and very intuitive, featuring many controls you wouldn't find in the GAB versions of the game. All graphics are in 3D and is what you would expect. The sound is also typical for cartoon games like this one. If you enjoy a challenging platform game, there is plenty of challenge in Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex. You will travel through 24 levels as Crash Bandicoot and (unlike Warped) six levels as his genius sister, Coco. The different levels are interspersed with fun sequences in vehicles where you pilot land, sea, and air craft. In these levels, there are many boxes that if you spin into them, you will obtain a apple, a life, a mask, or more. After you complete a set of six levels, you are permitted to go back to five of them and complete additional goals to obtain a relic and gem. And if you achieve a 100 percent completion rating, you will get a special ending. This game also offers Crash Blast, which is a minigame that you can download to your GBA (Gameboy Advance). Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex is also sometimes known as "Crash Bandicoot 4". Pre-owned. Includes case, disk and instruction manual - Plays on Gamecube or Wii - Rated E for Everyone. Rarity Rating C
