72 Pin Connector replacement for NES (New)

This is a new NES 72-pin replacement connector cartridge for your Nintendo Entertainment System (Note: This is not for the Top Loader NES). This is a "Top Quality" NES connector replacement part. The 72 pin connector has the housing and pins that must touch your NES game's contacts in order to play. Because of the way the 72 pin connectors were designed, over time your original NES connectors may become dislocated, oxidized, grimy, corrupted or worn out beyond cleaning. When that happens they stop making proper contact with your games and your NES will stop working properly. You will often get a blinking screen, break up or garbled picture, or just a blank blue or other solid color. In these cases, a new NES 72 pin replacement connector is required. These 72 pin connectors will generally fix these problems of blinking, intermittent operation, blank screen or game freezing. Each new NES 72 pin connector comes with complete "step by step" easy to follow directions for installing, including pictures. There is no soldering required, only a phillips head screwdriver. On average installing this NES 72 pin connector will take about 15-20 minutes. After you have replaced your 72 pin connector, it is a good idea to clean your NES game contacts as well, so that they will not transfer the oxidation to your new pins. We have the 72 pin connector installation instructions online as well, so you can check out what is required to install the 72 pin connector.
