New. I bought this laptop for my son on his way to college because I know he'll be gaming on it as well as using it for his studies. I liked the SSD speed, the storage space, the backlit keypads, the sleak modern styling, the Nividia graphics, and the fact that it is an "XPS!" Beside that, the special price is so much lower than the $1500.00 Dell is asking for newer but lesser quality/storage/memory models. They had less memory, no SSD, and far less storage space. And it comes with great new carrying case GREAT DEAL!
